
Barnes & Turner was formed on July 7, 1983 by Barry Barnes, Sylvester Turner and others. The principals of the firm, previously employed by major Houston law firms and a major corporation, formed the firm for the purpose of practicing law primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law and related litigation. Additionally, the firm represented individuals in non-corporate/commercial matters in a variety of substantive legal fields.
